What do ya think of Cannibal Corpse's new one "Priests of Sodom"? I kinda like it. I'm not much of a "death metal" type person but I decided upon listening to Dethklok I'd check it out cuz Face Fisted is one of my most favoritest songs ever. I'm kinda digging Carcass too. Can ya recommend anyone else? Six Feet Under are all right too I guess. Sorta reminds me of 80's Metallica with worse vocals but better solos (death metal as a whole I mean). Exodus is kinda ringing my bell too. |

The Giants? Really? What the french toast? I mean, come on? Okay, they played great football. I won't sweat them and this year I could really give a shit who won the superbowl but the Giants?!?!? Damnit, they knocked out the Cowboys. I love the Cowboys minus Tony Romo. He fucks up Playoff games. He fucks up period. The Giants though. . . . I'd rather have seen the Patriots go 19-0 instead of 18-1. The Giants didn't need to win but good for them, they earned it. Damnit. I can't care either way really and that's what really pisses me off. Tom Petty, really? He's awesome! So what? I'm so blase about it all this year. Maybe it's the booze? Blargh. Here's to two brothers winning back to back superbowls. I'd still rather have seen Favre make it so he could finally retire. |

How is it that on my birthday my friends and my family both make me feel like an unaccomplished fuck even though I have what most of them don't. Financial security, a home and supposedly a loving support system of friends and family. Do kids and a husband matter that much? I don't think so? I mean, I want them but damnit, I don't need to hear about it. I'm so just gonna be a lesbian. Edit-- Okay, not what most of 'em don't, I was drunk. Still, I'm pissed but I'm better! No. 17 University of Kentucky 43, No. 1 LSU 37. That's right. Kentucky took out LSU. It may have been the first time we have killed a No. 1 team since 1964 but Kentucky did it. I'd like to send a shout out to the KU Jayhawk fans though. They're 6-0 after tonight. Granted they didn't beat former No. 1 LSU. How I can even type this post is beyond me.
